Refind Living Room and Business won't download

CymbalNinja LittleLeota What happens when you try to download the kits? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.

Please also go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of the purchases: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

Nothing happens when I try to download the kits. No error message, nothing. I checked the status of my purchases and it says they are completed.

My status shows completed, NOTHING happens when I try to download. I do not get an error message. It LOOKS like it's going to go - then it just stops
