Refind Living Room and Business won't download

I purchased these kits but they won't download no matter what I do. I have cleared my cache at least three times, turned the computer off, signed off and back on to EA - nothing is working. Why can'...

CymbalNinja You repair Sims 4, not 3. And if you have a Steam install, you need to repair through Steam. The option is called "verify integrity of the game files" and should be somewhere under Properties.

No Steam. But I got it figured out. Still annoying though
