Reinstallation makes the game folder different

I recently had to format my PC and after that I tried reinstalling the game and the EA app, however it has been having problems with any CC, even those up to date, the main folder isn't anything like...

There's two The Sims 4 folders in any PC. One (like the picture you shared) it's usually in Programs>EA games and it has the game and EP files inside of it.

Another one is in Documents>Electronic Arts and there you can find your user files. Mods and CC, saves, images, videos. Be sure to check in this folder.
