Royalty & Legacy code/bonus content issues

So I bought the collection which includes the new expansion pack (the dynasties one) and the other two kits. When I redeemed it, everything was ok - it let me download the two kits but not the expansion pack. For some reason, it's nowhere. I have tried repairing my game, deleting the cache, restarting the app, logging out and then in, and I still can't find it to download it. My guess is that since it's a collection there might be a bug or something which doesn't allow me to donwload it, it doesn't pop up, but I was able to download the kits from the collection with 0 problems whatsoever. But with the expansion pack it's as if I had never even bought it in the first place.

I have looked through some posts and followed their advice but it still doesn't work. I will have to contact EA App or the platform where I bought the collection, but is there any other method I still haven't tried which could work? Thanks!
