Wow, after more than a month of waiting for any answers or help since the DLC was released, and after weeks of being ignored by both seller and support, MaGicALy, right after I filed for a chargeback with my bank, the seller suddenly replied with a short message: thank you for your message, here is key for missing DLC. XD Was it really that hard to do this a month ago? Or at least not ignore the customer?
It is definitely worth filling a chargeback with your bank, they will ask about evidence, and sometimes you even have to send it twice because they does not fully understand the issue, but in the end it does not matter.
I also wondered whether I should accept the key or stick to my position and ask for refund, but considering how slowly they respond, I will just take the key, close the case, and never use G2A again. NOT recommended. :)
