Lillalou2001 OneDrive could have removed the save from your computer, and later deleted it—with a standard account, it only keeps files in its recycle bin for 30 days.
Regardless of whether this is the cause of the issue, there's no way to recover the save if it's not on your computer and not on onedrive.com. EA doesn't support cloud saves for Sims 4. If you want to make absolutely sure it's gone, you could download Everything, from VoidTools, which is a free (and highly efficient) search tool. Search for Slot_ and see what shows up.
