Saves won't add to documents

igoblin Please make sure you're adding the save to the folder the game is currently reading; that location can change with Windows updates. Here's how to find the folder:

If the folder is now in a location you don't want to use, for example inside OneDrive, let me know, and I can help with that.

Hi! I've been doing this for over a decade, that's not the issue unfortunately.
The folder which I always add saves to, is Documents->Electronic Arts->The Sims 4->saves
There is no other saves folder, that's it. I haven't updated Windows in months and I don't use OneDrive.

I always use it any time I start a new game and just change the number, I've done this probably 100 times by now so not sure what is going on.
