MurryMints10 It sounds like you may have signed into the wrong EA account, as in, not the one that owns these packs. It's a common mistake these days. Try signing in with any other email address you have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" if you don't know what password you'd have used. Any address tied to an EA account should get a password-recovery email. Be sure to check the spam folder as well as the inbox.
