I’ve used many packs in a save and ended up uninstalling a few of them, when I tried to reinstall them the saves say the packs I used are not owned, but it says they’re installed. I’ve tried repairing the game and restarting the EA app but those have not worked. I do have some packs that are still in game and working.
I had a simillar problem recently. Did you turn them on in the marketplace? That was the problem for me
I had the same thing happen to me after getting a new laptop and reinstalling eveything. I double checked the EA app and made sure it showed everything was downloaded. Once that was all good and the game still showed that I just loaded in and everything was there, no issues. When I went back to the main menu that save no longer said I needed the packs.
