SDX drop items not showing
The new items are not showing up since the SDX drop. When i first opened the game I got the promts for the quests for the extra content and completed them all and claimed the rewards. Later on i looked on BB and CAS for the other new items and could not find any of them as well as the new items that i unlocked through quests. I have reinstalled my game, repaired the game, removed all cc/mods, cleared the cache, removed save files and nothing has worked. After trying a few things i think i have some of the new hair styles and colour swatches on dresses but not other things like build/buy stuff or new clothing items.
tinypartical Sometimes the items don't show as new, so please make absolutely sure they're not present and simply hiding in plain sight.
If that's not the case, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the content folder inside. This will remove the SDX download. Open the game again to prompt a new download; if it doesn't start, open Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery, and click the box to check for new content. Give it some time to download, then quit and reload and look for the items again.
