0ysf3bqg8ger You'll need to remove any mods ot custom content that's not compatible with the current patch. Start with these threads:

For anything not covered there, you'll need to test it yourself. If you have a lot of files to go through, the 50/50 method can make the process significantly more efficient.

Once you've sorted through your Mods folder, you can restore the contents of saves, Tray (saved households and builds), Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those, plus the accountDataDB.package file, which holds data from the first login event. The rest can be discarded.
