Sim is washing her hands in the hallway and refusing to stop
So, I just downloaded the new expansion pack and the two most recent kits today and made a new household. When I loaded in, my sims refused to do anything. I did get one to wash their hands, but she wouldn't do it in the sink; she did it in the hallway outside of the bathroom. When I tried to cancel the action, it just wouldn't let me. The action also wouldn't naturally end. Nothing else was working. The only way to get her to stop is to fully reset her. Even then, it would just do the same thing if I made her wash her hands again.
I already removed my mods folder and cleared my cache, but neither of these things worked. I'm honestly just confused about why this is happening in my game. Are there any known solutions?

So, I decided to just try uninstalling and reinstalling the game today since I didn't have much time to mess around with my computer. Turns out that's all I needed to do! I loaded in, and my sim was able to wash her hands in the sink, stop actions, etc!!!
My main theory for what went wrong now is possible corruption during the update. Either way, it's solved now. Tysm!
