sim Pack

Hello! 

I purchased the Parenting Pack and its saying in the EA app and STREAM app that its downloaded and even says in the game that I own this pack however the game isn't recognizing it and is not allowing me to play because it's saying that I need this pack to play my saved game. Please help me fix this issue.
