sims 4 \ there is question marks all over where the grass should be? HELP ME

Question

when I updated my sims 4 I went into New Crest and there was coloured&nbsp;squares with questions marks in them covering the grass and then I went into the other worlds and it was the same? im so confused! I don't know if its the update or maybe some custom content I recently downloaded? PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS STRESSING ME OUT SO MUCH I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND I DONT KNOW IF THIS MAKES SENSE BUT PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!!

I bet the game has trouble loading the textures. My guess is the update caused data corruption. To fix this, right click The Sims 4 in Origin and select the repair option. Origin will scan the game files for issues and attempt to fix them.

@crinrict This has happened to me too I’m on PS4 and only just started playing all character textures incorrect and grass texture has big ? In squares all over it

I have this problem too, but my game was brand new, straight from the box. No custom content etc to mess it up. It seems to just be one neighbourhood (in the desert town)&nbsp;and a few household items.
