Since then end of December, my build mode stops working after a few minutes of game play. The build/terrain tools make noises but do nothing.Then, if you try to place objects, they disappear. It won't let me quit or save and I have to force close the gameor sometimes it completely crashes. I've tried reaching out to EA but they just kept suggesting things I already toldthem I've tried. They asked for error codes (there are none), screenshots (to show??), and most recently they asked about"coins" and "when I first lost them" (absolutely has nothing to do with my case or the sims). I'm at a loss.Here's a list of everything I've tried:-Cleared the cache in EA app-Verified the integrity of the game files on Steam-Uninstalling & reinstalling the EA & Steam apps-Installed a fresh start on 4 different PCs (all did the same thing)-Tried running just the base game-Made Sims an exception in Antivirus-Tried to run with antivirus uninstalled-Cleared cache in Sims folders-Moved Sims folders to desktop-Adjusted game options/graphics (can't be the issue but why not)-Adjusted game bar settings in windows?(EA told me to lol)-Factory reset my laptopI don't use mods or cc.I just don't understand what it could possibly be at this point.I attached my DxDiag.Please, someone help.

@sleepyeyedslug I merged your post with the current bug report on this.Do you have the issue on all of your save games ?Have you tried closing down the game, then restart and start with a new save (for testing purposes) to see if you also have issues ?This seems to be a sign of lot/save corruption.

@crinrict Yeah, I’ve done a complete fresh start on a few different pcs. Created a new games and I still have the same issue.

@sleepyeyedslug Is there any common factor to the different PCs ?Did you do a clean boot on any of them ? Wonder if your case is different.

@crinrict I bought a brand new gaming laptop that just came in Monday. I installed the game, it has the same issue. So, other than my network, there’s no common factors I can think of. Besides my windows, steam, & EA accounts…

@sleepyeyedslug I merged your post with the current bug report on this.

Do you have the issue on all of your save games ?

Have you tried closing down the game, then restart and start with a new save (for testing purposes) to see if you also have issues ?

This seems to be a sign of lot/save corruption.

Yeah, I’ve done a complete fresh start on a few different pcs.
Created a new games and I still have the same issue.

@sleepyeyedslug To be absolutely sure, you used new lot or better didn't download anything when testing on another computer or did you always use the same lot ?

I always start a new game when I’m testing to see if each thing I’ve tried thus far will work. I never use old saves. And no, I haven’t downloaded any thing. I go to an empty lot and start testing it.

@sleepyeyedslug Really don't know what's going on in your game then. I don't there would be any point at looking at your save.

I’m really at a loss at this point. The only thing I haven’t tried is creating a test email, new Steam and EA accounts and downloading the base game to see how it plays. I’m not even sure what that would prove or mean if it didn’t have the issue mine has.
EA just keeps telling me they’ll report as a potential bug, but nothing I’ve read in the any forum is exactly what I’m experiencing.
