Sims 4 Business & activities WONT WORK

Hello, I have issue with this pack. 

The world wont load in and all i get is a pop up that i can go to lessons about this pack but then nothing happens, I do not have my content noire items as well. 

Ive done repair, unistall, i did that with my sims 4 i did that with the pack alone. 
im running out of ideas, i litterally bought another pack with the hope that it would fix this. 
but that also didnt happen.
