BigTenny It sounds like your game is launching and running properly, but that it won't read the user data (mods or anything else) you'd like to use. Is that the case, or is the problem something else?
If the only problem is the game not reading user data, please make sure the files in question are in the correct folder. Here's how to find it:

To find the file path for one of your mods, right-click the mod and select Properties > General, then look for the Location. The paths much match exactly up to "The Sims 4."
