Sims 4 clock freezing and sims non responsive

This has made my sims game unplayable for weeks. Just happened randomly but my sims clock gets stuck, normally around 4am. It is accelerated by having my clock on triple speed where it again gets stuck. When it happens I can’t clock on objects, or the sims. I can’t reset them either. I have been able to replicate the same issue in other households 

i have simulation lag fix mod and simulation unclogger mod, nothing is helping
