Sims 4 Crashes Upon Start up

Over the past few days, have anyone had this issue with their Sims 4 start up. Using the EA app to start up TS4, the game beings to load normal but a few seconds into the spinning logo loading screen as soon as the bottom right corner message box pops up stated to use "F1" for a EA app function, the game crashes. Keep in mind that I have done the following:

1. Removed all Mods and Custom Music Files

2. Repaired and verified game files

3. Cleared Cache

4. Uninstalled and ReInstalled

5. Try to load up the game in offline Mode.

Nothing has worked. I'm not sure why it keeps crashing. I played this game modded for hours with no issues the day before Now its not working at all. Can someone  can assist me. I've Google and looked up solutions  before posting this and nothing as worked.I will greatly appreciate it 🙏🏾
