kulu10222 Have you specifically tried playing in a clean user folder? That would mean moving the Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts, or renaming it, and confirming that it hasn't been duplicated, that there is no "The Sims 4" folder in that location when you go to launch the game. Moving or renaming the folder would prevent your saves and other user data from loading, which is the point, but everything would be intact and could be restored later.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
