Sims 4 crashes with new pc
I ran sims 4 great on my 13 year old pc. My hard drive went so I purchased a gaming Laptop. An Acer Predator Helios 18. Now when I start the game and go into create a sim. I start to create my sim about half way through it crashes. If I leave the program sit and do nothing it won't crash. I have tried what previous solution but doesn't work.
