Sims 4 Crashes

Okay. I've had a lot of issues with this game in the past, most of them were resolved quite easily using this forum, however, I have recently had a repeat issue where my game keeps crashing, and, following guides already provided here, has not solved my issue.

I have mods, but I have removed them all, and I have repaired my game and all packs I own. The issue occurs as follows:

1. I open the game
2. I load a save (all have the same issue, even new ones)
3. I enter a lot in the save
4. I get roughly 30 seconds - 1 minute of gameplay at most (pausing or playing, anything running at all causes a crash)
5. The game freezes and I cannot exit the game
6. I restart my PC

I have attempted to do all of the actions provided in other questions similar to this, but nothing has seemed to help. I have removed my mods, updated them, re added them, removed them again, repaired my game, uninstalled and re installed (that one took way to long for it to not help at all) and other variations and combinations of the above, and nothing is helping, thank you for your help!
