Sims 4 crashing/ not loading in.

I usually either click the Sims 4 app or I go into Steam and click Sims 4 to launch the game. It starts to launch, I see the Sims 4 logo but then it completely crashes. EA and Steam closes. Ive been dealing with the issue of Ea where it would say something about sometihng in the background but now Its just completely crashing. I have researched answers and got nothing, I even went on Reddit. I restarted my PC, undownloaded and redownloaded Steam, EA and Sims 4. NOTHING is WORKING. Ive sent multiple reports to EA and have got nothing back from them. 

Yes, I have moved my mods out of the sims 4 folder to see if that was the issue. Even with ym mods out of the folder, my sims 4 will not open. This has been going on for MONTHS. Am i banned? 

I do have EPIC downloaded as its for Fortnite. I did not download sims 4 through it or even EA. I miss origin before all these issues.

    saltydev1l​  Please run both Steam and the EA App as an admin, as in, right-click each desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."  Wait until both have fully loaded before trying to open Sims 4, and use Steam if that's where you installed the game.

    If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  If it copies instead of moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.

    Otherwise, when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

    If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
