Sims 4 doesnt show my game files after moving from Origin to EA... :(

A little late to the party, but I only just installed the EA app to replace my Origin app. I can see my original gameplay/saves are still on my pc under documents/FrontierDevelopments/ElectronicArts...

christyloxo Please make sure the saves are in this Sims 4 folder:

https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

The file paths must match exactly up to "The Sims 4."

If that's not the issue, please post a screenshot of the contents of your saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the file names and sizes.
