Sims 4 doesnt show my game files after moving from Origin to EA... :(

Question

A little late to the party, but I only just installed the EA app to replace my Origin app.

I can see my original gameplay/saves are still on my pc under documents/FrontierDevelopments/ElectronicArts/TheSims4/saves. However, they aren't showing on the menu within Sims. I have tried moving the files to a different location, and looking at multiple different forums for help but I have had no luck. Can someone help please? :(

big mistake switching to EA, welcome to the world of never ending problems! everytime an issue gets fixed, a new one appears 🤩

christyloxo​&nbsp; Please make sure the saves are in this Sims 4 folder:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
The file paths must match exactly up to "The Sims 4."
If that's not the issue, please post a screenshot of the contents of your saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the file names and sizes.
