This problem is also mostly self-correcting in a few hours to a few days, so you may not need to do anything at all.
If this purchase happened prior to the current Black Friday sale, please create a new thread describing the issue: whether DHD shows up as owned and installed in the EA App (Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons), whether your Order History on ea.com shows the purchase as completed/pending/failed, where you bought the pack if not through the EA App, and any other details you find relevant.
