I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I've been having an issue with all of my game packs in sims 4 since the last bug fix, for the past few days almost a week. They show installed my computer and everything but as soon as I go in-game to play everything shows up deactivated but everything's installed. I thought maybe it may be my mods and just deleted them all and I still have the same issue nothings popping up besides the free kits and bust the dust that's only one of the many packs i bought. I cleared my cache, App restart, Deleted and reinstalled the app and they still don't pop up. I need help to Fix it please T-T
If you've fixed your problem, great! If not, let's try this: Repair your game. Make sure all your packs are loaded as it's being repaired. Check your game settings to make sure they're the way you want them. Remove everything from the mods folder and restart. Run the game - are all the packs there? If so, then you probably have a mod problem. DO NOT SAVE THE GAME WITHOUT YOUR CC, otherwise, when you return after adding it, you'll find some if not all your sims without their hair!! And sometimes without certain outfits, too.
