Sims 4 Game still broken

I haven't been playing The Sims since August 19th. When I removed all my CC and mods, it works fine. I even updated all my mods as well. When I placed them back into my folder, it loaded to the screen to select which household/world selection. When a selected household is chosen to play from, it takes me right back to the world/household screen again. The background music would change when you pressed it, letting you know you can start playing. Also, I can still customize my Sims, but I can't even play with them. I even repaired my game. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, currently playing it on a MacBook 😭.
