Sims 4 Get to Work missing

I updated my game and went to go open up a save and it’s says require get to work but I’ve bought it before which is why I was already able to play with it and when I try to go to ea it says I have to purchase it when I’ve already purchased it before

ive done all the troubleshooting and still no show

    No, I had contacted EA originally about my old account that had these expansions on them because they are on the account that I had on my PC as a teen. Shortly after contacting them about this originally, I had access to the expansions, and then saw that they weren't there anymore. I was assuming that my request was originally satisfied, but I'm not quite sure that's the case anymore. I just thought it would explain why I had those specific expansions to play with and then didn't.

    Did you previously have Xbox Ultimate? That does include EA Play, so that's potentially how you were accessing Get to Work. If you no longer have Ultimate, you wouldn't have access to Get to Work unless you fully purchase that pack.
