willowcamden Please test in a clean user folder, just to set a baseline for graphics. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how everything looks.
if you still see this issue, please make sure you're not using any app that changes how the game looks. That could be files added to the game install, for example ReShade or GShade. It could also be software like the Nvidia App or GeForce Experience that allows you to apply overlays. If you're using anything like this, disable or remove it. If you're not sure what an app does, disable it while testing.
