sims 4 household forever loading

so i finally fixed my other sim problems and i spent 2 hours making a household. i clicked the new house in brendleton bay and the plumbob wouldnt stop loading. it kept going on and on its been actually 20 minutes so far and it moves and new like phrases slide on screen at the bottom like usual but its not letting me like play in the household.

so i found this article i have the same problem but the way she fixed it doesnt work for me and i also have 3466 cc not 2720...

So, I'm probably not the only one that has had this issue, but I have A LOT of custom content and mods installed (2,720 files in the mod folder, to be exact) and booting the game takes longer than no CC, but it is pretty quick. Same thing with CAS and loading in the map to build a house (Without entering Live Mode), but when I click on a family and click the play button, it takes forever to load. Now, I haven't let it sit for massive amounts at a time, but I have let it sit while I watch YouTube during dinner, which can take around 15-30 minutes, and nothing happens. The game is still active, the loadingscreen giving me those tips and playing in-game music, but nothing loads. And now, let me remind you, I'm loading into a household that doesn't have any CC in their home, or on them. So if there is any fix, or something along those lines, please tell me as that would be greatly appreciated.
