pupkwt This has been a problem since the For Rent patch, although some lots only broke later. The only good workaround is to place the lot without furniture, unfortunately. Although if you can load the house with furniture in build mode, you could do some experimenting: delete one room at a time to see which ones contain items that cause infinite loading. You might even be able to figure out the exact items that are a problem if you're patient enough.
Then again, you might not even be able to do anything after placing the lot with furniture, as is the case for many players. When that happens, there's nothing you can do except wait for a future patch to possibly fix the problem.
I fixed. It was because of furniture cc but then like a day later the problem just kept coming back. This problem has only been occuring on a my Residental Rental lot.
