Sims 4 Infinite Loading Screen November 2024

Hey Love, Chyna here! LOL. During my 6 Days i had issues with this and i found out its a furiture mod by " Hel Studio" I removed all his mods and it got me out the stucked screen. if you have "HEL STUDIO" Mods, Remove and update!

Hey, thank you! I do have some HEL STUDIO in my game, but I managed to fix it, and for me it was the 'Cowbuild Family Kitchen' CC pack. However, I'll look through my cc folder and remove HEL STUDIO items to prevent any major catastrophe from occurring!

I follow ur recommendations and moved my family to a new lot, i furnished the house with only game objects and no CC and works kind of. I am able lo enter the family but when i try to save it gets stucked with the 'saving' screen but also if i go to the Worlds it gets stuck in the loading screen.

Here desperate since is one of my legacy families... 🥲

Croft-sp18  Just as a test, please try a new save, still with no mods or custom content.  (Move the Mods folder to the desktop.)  If the new save is fine, save your main household to the in-game Library and place them in a new save, again as a test, and let me know how that save runs.

I have the same issue, it looks to have started after recent update or update before.

Basically when saving, the icon in middle indicating saving, spins, then after some time the game freezes with no recovery. There was one time it recovered but I do not know how.  This happens after playing ~30minutes into the game. If you launch game and play for ~15minutes and save, it works. But the longer you play, the higher chance it will not save and freeze. One of the indications is FPS, if everything is OK, it runs ~30 FPS, the more you play, it drops to ~15 FPS and you can understand it will not save.

Just confirming that Red Roan Field (64x64) in Chestnut Ridge crashes for me after placing different builds to choose from. I can get away with the first 1 or 2 builds I place, but after maybe 3 or 4 builds, my game gets stuck in the "place lot" mode with endless loading. Ultimately I have to close in Task Manager.

No mods besides the Color Sliders and More Columns (all current), but even without mods, a new save, new TS4 folder, different builds, the same happens.

N3verShiningSun  Is there any pattern to which lots or saves are affected?  Some lots are broken or prone to breaking, but that is of course not the only source of error.  Please let me know if you'd like further help, and in that case, describe any pattern you see.

Please also test without mods or custom content, if you normally use any.  You don't need to save your progress, but it's important to weed out mod-related issues.
