sims 4 kit claimed for free from marketplace does not show up in ea app

I bought sims 4 base game and other dlc from steam and yesterday I claimed a kit which is free for limited time from sims 4 in game marketplace does not show up in both steam and ea app dlc list can it is showing owned in sims 4 in game marketplace but not in steam or ea app dlc list can somebody help me.

That's how it works. Marketplace bought packs are only available there.

Do you have any issues activating/installing it there ?

no issue marketplace shows it as owned and I can see all items in game but both steam and ea app does not show the free kit in dlc s on both apps since I bought sims 4 base game and other dlc s bought from steam and my steam and ea account are linked base game and other dlc shows up but free kit which I claimed doesnot show on both steam and ea app manage addons.
