Sims 4 "load game" never shows up

Ever since the new update, it will not give me the option to LOAD GAME ... just the option NEW GAME.

I've restarted my computer, ran the repair... I don't have any mods. Not sure what else to do...

EA makes it impossible to chat with someone to fix the problem, can't even open a case.

Any ideas?
