AlyssaAnne0627 Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, do you see anything at all from the new pack, even Build/Buy items? Does the game think Lovestruck is installed? You can check by trying to filter CAS or BB for only LS-related items. If it's not loading at all, you'll see the option to select LS grayed out.
I don’t have any mods or custom content. The pack says it’s downloaded but nothing shows up except cupids corner when I use the computer (but it doesn’t work). I don’t see any new items.
