Sims 4 Main Menu images and packs not appearing

After the 1.69.57.1020 patch, whenever I open the game, on the main menu everything except for the gallery, options and play buttons is blank, nothing loads even when I click to see packs. My packs are: Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Eco Lifestyle, City Living, Get Together, Strangerville, Dine Out, Vampires, Laundry Day Stuff and Tiny Living, but I'm not sure it has anything to do with them.

I've tried:

-Taking out my mods

-Fixing my game through origin

-Factory resetting the game (the images INITIALLY appear, but once I put in my saves, tray, mods, etc. everything goes blank)

Nothing works.

It's a minor problem, but I have no idea what to do to fix it. This is how it looks:
