sims 4 missing on origin after update

I wasn't on the sims at all for almost a month , I got on and updated origin , after the update I logged into origin but my only game , the sims 4 , is gone - from purchase history too . im so angry . please help me get my game back

    You're most probably logged in with the wrong account right now, which explains you can't see your game and can't register it again. You may have several Origin accounts because you have your usual games on one, and are playing a Play 4 Free title on the other (NFS World, C&C Tiberium Alliances, etc.).

    Perhaps you've just used the wrong e-mail when purchasing your game. Try locating your account by searching for the purchase confirmation email in your various inboxes, and once located log back in with that e-mail address as the username.

    If you can't locate the e-mail, I suggest you try logging in with your various e-mails anyway: many people contacted me who had mistakenly deleted their purchase confirmation e-mail (not a good idea!)

    Hi 

    I haven't got a solution I'm afraid as I have experienced the same issue and unfortunately am still experiencing it. 
    The version of the Sims 4 game I have was an installation from a disc and not a download, this I received at Christmas in 2014. 
    Now my game is missing and I am very much furious. Imo Origin is a horrible storage area for the game, it was so much easier when they didn't demand you were connected to the internet during game play and stopped your from playing until their updates finished. 

    I only have one account of Origin and despite being connected to the internet it will not let me "go online" with the account. 

    Someone, anyone, please help.

    At least you still have the game I was playing mine and then saved before getting off of it when a visitor came to my house. next, I got on it was updating. After the update, it was gone. I've contacted EA several times with no response at all back for three months now.  I've also tried their live chat system but it only opens a screen telling me to be patient and someone would answer. I sat there for 2 hours once just to have it continually say that while the page loaded constantly. so I sent them a message that would definitely get their attention because paying $60 for a game to disappear after a month of playing is ridiculous. I've tried everything, restarting origin, trying to reinstall the game, and tried to filter it out in my game library. I've also only got one EA Account. When going through the filter it shows that I have one purchased game but when I select it nothing appears even though the Sims 4 is the only game I've bought, and the only thing hidden is the demo I use to play before I got the full game.
