sims 4 not opening! pls help!

for the past 2/3 days since the update my sims 4 games hasn’t been opening up. I’ve tried to troubleshoot it through task manager, repairing the EA app, removing mods, even deleting and reinstalling ...

tomisty01  That one works, thanks.  Please plug your monitor directly into the graphics card, not into the motherboard as you've currently done.

If that alone doesn't help, please disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.
