Sims 4 not opening
It has been like this for the last 2 months (I AM DEAD SERIOUS.) And for the love of me I cannot find a way to fix the issue, deleted ccs, reset the game, I even went and deleted both ea and sims 4 and then re-downloaded. Cleaned my library said fix the game I tried to contact customer service but that didn't helped and tried to put a bug report but for god's sake it doesn't send and it keeps giving error, today I tried to open ea one last time to see if sims 4 works but now ea also won't open! It gives me a blank screen. But more details: I open sims 4, it works perfectly fine. It downloaded as usual but when it comes to downloading the main menu it closes, no error or any explanation just straight up closes and doesn't open. Actually, now it doesn't even open, I waited 10 min but both ea and sims 4 didn't open. If I cannot fix this I am genuinely gonna leave this game.
