sims 4 pack bugged

hey, so i have sims 4 and today i installed the pack "growing together" and I fully installed it, but when i tried to play i wanted to move my current household into that world, but it says that the world is downloading and after that i have to install it and then restart the game. and its been 4 hours. The thing is it says its installed. I have already cleared the cache and restarted my computer, and logged in and out of EA. Ive also uninstalled the game twice and installed it again, but it still doesnt work. Theres nothing more i can do, and i need help.
