Sims 4 packs aren’t showing up in game

I’ve been playing the Sims4 for quite a while now , I have purchased many packs . However , I went onto the sims today and it wouldn’t let me play my saved files because it’s says that I don’t have the packs that I’ve purchased . On my order history it says that I have them downloaded and it’s says on the EA app that I have them downloaded . What should I do , I’ve tried restarting the app , signing out and logging back in but it still won’t work . If you could respond to this as quickly as possible it would be appreciated.
