Missing Free Content After Latest Update – Sims Delivery Issue
Hi,
I installed the latest update on February 4th, the large update that includes the new free content. While the new seasonal event works when I open the game, all the new free content is missing.
I’ve tried disabling Windows Defender, repairing, and reinstalling the game, but nothing has worked so far. Initially, I received an error message related to Sims Delivery, so I closed the game and restarted it. When I did, Sims Delivery stated that all the content that needed to be installed was successfully installed, but it's still missing.
I really hope someone can help resolve this issue :)
S0Ai Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the content folder. Open the game, and if the SDX doesn't start on its own, open Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery and click the button to check for updates. Either way, give it some time to download, then quit and restart.
If you get another SDX error, please post a screenshot.
Hopefully you've reenabled Windows Defender by now.
