Sims 4 packs suddenly no longer owned or installed

I recently had the sims 4 update and since then every single pack that I had previously bought is suddenly no longer available and says I do not own any of them.  I cleared cache, restarted my lapto...

    Thank you. Is there a way to transfer everything to a different account that is mine or is it only able to stay on the one account?
