I've been having this issue for awhile now, and the game is fully updated. I thought at first it was my mods, but it's doing it with no mods active. The game just freezes and I lose all the progress I've made. Is this happening to anyone else? I own all the extra packs...like all of them to date.
euphoria1992 Does this happen in a new save too? Please test for comparison's sake, with your Mods folder removed entirely. Disabling mods is not always completely effective, for whatever reason.
If the new save is fine, try playing a different household in your main save, still with no mods or cc. You don't need to save your progress.
If the new save is affected too, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
