259y Unfortunately, data-recovery software usually can't recover a deleted save. This kind of software never recovers every single bit of a file, just hopefully enough to open the file again. This works reasonably well for text files and spreadsheets, but not Sims 4 saves. As you're seeing now, the game won't even try to load a save that's missing certain data.
I don't know how you deleted this save, but if you manually deleted the file, is there a chance you have backup versions? If you're not sure, please try the suggestion here:

If you deleted the save from within the game, then the backups would be removed as well.
