sims 4 saves gone, delivery issue, game not working

idk if this is to do with the new update but one of my save files are gone, my most recent one is replaced with a random family and the text on the startup screen just says WWWWWWWWW a bunch of glitc...

kindafunnyloser For the cc missing at the Main Menu, delete localthumbcache.package.

For the missing saves, they're definitely missing from your user folder too; hopefully they've merely been moved elsewhere. Please see the first post of this master thread:
