a2a1970eec330e09 Does your computer have more than one drive, and how much space is available on each one? The EA App could be reading the wrong drive, especially if the C drive is full and Sims 4 is installed elsewhere.
If that's not the issue, try clearing the EA App's cache and restarting your computer.
