Sims 4 (Steam) Won't Launch EA app Says Server Timed Out
I get an error when trying to launch Sims 4 in Steam. It tries to launch the EA app and immediately says server timed out. I've restarted, cleared caches, uninstalled EA app and sims 4, reinstalled, ...
MissPyrette Please open the EA App as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator." Make sure the App is fully loaded before trying to launch Sims 4 through Steam.
If this doesn't help, please double-check that your Steam and EA accounts are properly linked. Sign into an EA site (this one is fine) with your Steam credentials and see what happens. If you land in the correct EA account, you're fine; if anything else happens, let me know.
