The new sims 4 toddler update has worked and I now have toddlers however all of the interactions are left blank on the toddler and it wont show anything but a white text box. in my mods folder I have no mods and am not sure what to do. all items related to the toddler are in codes or DEBUG. help!!!!!

I searched this folder in my computer and it said that it couldn't find anything? also if I uninstall the game will I loose my sims city living as that is online. also last thing if i uninstall sims 4 will i loose my content even if i have a back up folder?
